Handmade by us in the BILLY VAN CREAMY kitchen using local Strawberries, Lemon Juice and Organic Raw Sugar. We make large batches of jam when Strawberries are at their best in late Spring to early Autumn to last us through the Winter months.
Add to yoghurt, scones, or use to jazz up your sponge cake.
