Introducing our double decker layer cake. Our signature organic vanilla bean ice cream base is levelled up with a soft and buttery lemon curd followed by whipped raspberry mousse, repeated twice and finished with crunchy Brown Butter crumble.

Your order will be available for pick up during Store Hours

Transporting Your Cake

Remember to pack your freezer bag and ice bricks!

Your cake will be packaged for easy transportation, but we suggest you come prepared. We recommend keeping your cake out of the freezer no longer than 30 minutes during transport

Storing Your Cake

Recommended storage temperature is between –18° and –24° celsius.

Serving Your Cake

5–10 minutes before serving, remove your cake from the freezer, cut with a dry hot knife, enjoy!
